Zach is not about to break his three week chain of IPA with two step pouring instructions. According to our best guess, he’s got one more bottle of Deschutes Brewery’s White IPA left from his six pack. What episode will it show up in?
Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt; this White IPA displays beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade and Centennial hops that meld with the esters of Belgian yeast. Think thirst quenching hopped-up wit beer with enough IBUs to warrant the IPA name.
Yes, Zach still liked it.

Meanwhile, Tim cracked open one of his favorites from the back of the fridge, Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point. This magnificent brew is hopped in five separate stages, cost be damned. The result is :
a gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.
Maybe it was those complex flavors that had Tim tongue tied late in this week’s podcast. Yeah, we’re going with that.
